Center-to-center holes on top of plaque are 10.5 inches apart (10 inches for the Hanging Oval). The plaque comes with two brass S hooks.

You may order an optional black mounting bar for an additional price of $23. The flat mounting bar comes with wood screws for attaching to flat wood surfaces. The round mounting bar is designed to be attached to a convex surface, such as a 3" or 4" light pole (pole not included), and comes with sheet metal screws for the round mount application.
