Personalized items are not returnable.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of a non-personalized item, we usually offer a money back guarantee, which will involve a 15% re-stocking fee. Within 30-days of receiving your merchandise, you must contact us at with your order number and the title/description of the products you would like to return. We will reply to your request with specific return instructions. Please do not return items without first obtaining an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number from our customer service department. After we receive the merchandise in original condition, we will promptly issue a refund.
