How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been placed we will go to work and create your products as we are a
make-to-order company. Your merchandise should ship
in approximately 2 - 3 weeks from your order date.
How is the merchandise shipped?
Each product is packaged according to strict specifications to ensure that it is received
in perfect condition. Larger items such as weathervanes may take an additional 1-2 days
to deliver and process.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work directly
with UPS to file your claim. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, we will
immediately replace your products or issue a full refund.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and all transactions are processed using Yahoo's secure
server. If you prefer to order by check, please call and we will process your order over the phone.
Orders paid by check usually are placed on hold for a period of five days or until the check
clears. All prices are in US dollars.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be checked and the amount authorized at the time you place your order. Most items at PatioSigns.com
fall under non-stockable classification and products are made-to-order after you complete
your checkout process. Credit cards are actually charged within a day or two of you placing your order, when the order is sent to the factory for fabrication.
Do you charge sales tax?
PatioSigns.com is located in the state of Colorado. We are required by law to collect
3.7% sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of Colorado. Colorado is the only
state where tax of any kind will be added.

All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) and the shipping costs are as follows within the continental 48 United States:

How do I check the status of my order?
After your place your order with PatioSigns.com, you will receive an email confirmation receipt. We will also send a second
email once your order has been shipped with a link to check on shipment status. You should receive your order within 2 - 6 days after
you receive the shipment confirmation email from PatioSigns.com (if in the continental 48 United States). As always, if you have
